was started in 1993 by a merger of all the real estate companies within Iberdrola. Starting in 1995, it stepped up its facet as a residential developer. In 1999, it gave a considerable impetus to its investment by focusing the activities in three larger areas, namely developing homes, promoting and exploiting its holdings for rental, and land managing and promoting.
Currently, it is a nationwide real estate companies with a high degree of product diversification: first homes, residential tourism, offices, industrial warehouses, shopping centres, etc.
